|I'm unable to track my order after receiving the tracking number (AWB)?||We generate and send a tracking number (AWB Number) as soon as our courier partners collect the package from our warehouse. However, the courier partners may take up to 24 hours to update the tracking details on their website, therefore your order may be untraceable during this period. If your package was recently shipped, try using the tracking/AWB number after 24 hours.|
|My order has been Returned to Origin (RTO). What does that mean?||Shipments are reflected as RTO (Returned to Origin) due to the following reasons:
Delivery was attempted more than once but it could not be delivered due to either wrong address or no one being present at the given address
The address could not be found because either it was incomplete or the pin code provided was incorrect
You or someone at your delivery address refused to accept the order
You did not have the payment ready for a Cash On Delivery order
Under these circumstances, our customer support team will attempt to contact you on your registered phone number. If there is no response on that number or it is not reachable, then the package will be returned to us.

|How do returns work?||Returns are ONLY accepted in the following cases:

Once the reverse-pickup of your item reaches our facility, we’ll inspect the same and either have it repaired or replaced (depending on the nature of the issue). If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a full or partial refund will be issued at the sole discretion of the company.
